TYPES OF TOURS
FAMILY CAMPUS VISITS
Family campus visits are offered on specific scheduled weekdays from 10:00am-12:00pm when the University is open. Advance registration is required. We do not offer family campus visits on weekends, when the University is closed, the week before the first week of classes for Fall and Spring semesters, during the first week of classes for Fall and Spring semesters, and the week of final examinations for Fall and Spring semesters.
Due to Spring 2024 final examinations starting on May 2, the last family campus visit for Spring 2024 will be April 30, 2024. We will not offer family campus visits from May 1 through May 31 due to commencement and preparations for end-of-semester closing as well as preparations related to the start of Summer Sessions.
We will resume family campus visits for Summer 2024 starting with Monday, June 3. The Summer 2024 schedule will be published the week of May 13.

Group campus visits for schools (i.e., middle school, high school) and college-interest organizations (i.e., AVID, TRIO, etc.) must be scheduled in advance and can only be for days/times during University business hours of operation (Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm).

FIELD TRIPS AND CAMPS
Texas A&M University at Galveston offers field trips and experiences for all ages through Sea Camp and Sea Campus Kids! These range from week-long adventures and hands-on research experience to day camps for young marine biologists in training.
