Funds are provided by the Texas Legislature to increase the research capacity of the Galveston Campus. Equipment purchased by these funds are considered to be a departmental/campus resource and should be made available to other interested TAMUG users. Publications resulting from this item should acknowledge support from Texas A&M.

Title: Skalar SANcompact Automated Analyzer

The purchase of Skalar SANcompact Automated Analyzer, which has the capacity to measure inorganic nutrient (nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, and phosphate) in water samples to serve as the foundations for water quality and ecosystem health assessment, fundamental to the resilience of many blue economy activities such as fisheries, aquaculture, and tourism.
