Becoming leaders of character requires Aggies to understand themselves before they understand others. Texas A&M students gather insight into their purpose and passion by developing their personal core values, articulating their individuality to enrich experiences with others and describing ways in which they live their core values in daily activities. Aggies must also lead others to take action with integrity.
- Articulate who they are.
- Identify their purpose and passions.
- Describe their personal core values.
- Demonstrate character by acting with integrity.
Please nominate a member/non-officers/first-year representative of your organization who has shown potential for future leadership.

Consider the following as your complete your application:
- How has this member articulated their unique strengths to enrich organization experiences?
- What actions have they taken to meet personal and/or organizational purposes and passions?
- How does the student demonstrate strong character, integrity, and ethics in their leadership activities?
