The Texas A&M Maritime Academy will be hosting the 2019 Women on the Water Conference, an event dedicated to preparing future female leaders in the maritime industry with the skills, professional development and networking opportunities essential for their career success.

The three-day conference will take place November 7-9 on the Galveston campus of Texas A&M University. Enriching events will include topic-relevant panels comprised of industry experts, compelling speakers, professional development opportunities and various networking events.

Women on the Water has chapters at each of the six maritime academies across the United States and is the premier conference dedicated to supporting female maritime cadets and students. The cost of hosting and participating in the conference is borne out of the generosity of industry members like you who value the unique and crucial contributions women provide to the maritime industry.
