Research Data Management Planning at TAMUG

Many funding agencies now require grant recipients to submit a Data Management Plan (DMP), wherein the investigators demonstrate an ability to make their research results publicly available. The Jack K. Williams Library offers assistance to TAMUG researchers in disseminating and sharing their research results in compliance with these policies.

Under Development!

The Texas Research Data Repository, hosted by the Texas Digital Library (TDL), is a platform for researchers at Texas institutions of higher education to publish and archive datasets. (More information is available on the Texas Research Data Repository website.) Following the full launch of the Texas Research Data Repository in Fall 2016, the Jack K. Williams Library will partner with TDL and the Texas Research Data Repository to provide data management services for TAMUG researchers.

In the meantime, we will be glad to work with researchers to publish and archive your work in the TAMUG digital repository. Please contact the library (jkwlibrary@tamug.edu) for more information about the TAMUG repository or for assistance in uploading your data and/or publications.

For more information about research data management in general, see the Texas A&M University Libraries' Research Data Management Guide.
