Executive Team    

Leads Council meetings, assists new members, and handles official communications. Oversees Employee of the Quarter (EOQ) and Employee of the Year (EOY) nominations and voting.

Fills in for the Chair as needed, supports new members, and gathers staff feedback and assessments. Steps in fully if the Chair cannot serve the full term.

Manages Council finances, tracks the budget, and processes expenses. Handles funds for events and records EOQ and EOY donations and gifts.

Records meeting minutes, coordinates reports, manages the Council calendar, and organizes communication with members.

Promotes Council events and maintains its public image. Creates marketing materials, bi-monthly newsletters, and handles event-related emails
